AvantStay is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to support guests from inquiry through post-stay, ensuring a seamless experience. You will collaborate with field operators to uphold property standards and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements include full-time availability in EST hours, English fluency, and prior experience in customer service or concierge roles, preferably with Zendesk and call-center exposure.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required.
• 2+ years in customer service or concierge roles.
• Experience with Zendesk is required.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to escalated guests and troubleshoot guest issues.
• Make reservations for customers based on requirements and budget.
• Respond to guest messages promptly within SLA to build a welcoming relationship.
• Interact with guests via phone, email, and text.
• Support field operations in maintaining a consistent guest experience.
• Keep systems updated with customer and property details.
• Provide accurate information about AvantStay properties and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with field operators and local vendors.
• Deliver the highest level of customer support to all guests.
