Atomic Hr is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the campaign machinery for a regulated DTC brand. You will direct Claude Code-based workflows, own outbound campaigns, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships to grow without paid ads.

You’ll manage data, automation, and first‑party measurement while enabling the field team with optimized lists and playbooks for a high-velocity launch environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven approach
• End-to-end cold outbound campaign experience
• Strong SQL or data-wrangling skills
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; Git knowledge
• Experience with APIs, authentication, webhooks
• Clear, filler-free outreach writing for buyers

Responsabilidades

• Build trade and partnership outbound engine with lists and sequences
• Arm field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral
• Produce in-house creative using AI within the brand's visual system
• Automate enrichment, list hygiene, report pulls, QA pipelines
• Own first-party measurement and flag suspect numbers
