GTM Engineer role for a regulated DTC consumer brand, currently operating in Austin, TX, with remote options and overlapping 9–5 CT. You will build the campaign machinery, directing Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You report to the two founders and own a growth stack focused on search, lifecycle, retention, referral, trade, and field.

Formación

• You must have hands-on experience directing Claude Code or a similar coding agent on live work.
• Minimum 3+ years in marketing, ideally moving from coordinator roles to operations.
• Experience with outbound campaigns from list building to sequence writing and deliverability fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with segmenting and sequencing.
• Equip the field team with target lists and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention and referral programs.
• Create in-house creative using AI within the brand’s visual system.
• Automate recurring tasks like enrichment scripts, list hygiene, and campaign QA.
• Own first-party measurement and flag unreliable numbers.
