Atomic Hr is seeking a Marketing Technologist to build the growth engine for a regulated DTC consumer brand. You will direct Claude Code on live work, own outbound campaigns, and harmonize search, emails, referrals, and field activity.

You’ll automate processes and own first‑party metrics while collaborating with founders in a hands-on role. The role emphasizes technical execution, data fluency, and a bias for practical, compliant marketing in a regulated category, with remote or Austin-based

Formación

• Real hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing and data-driven growth.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list, sequence, deliverability.
• Comfortable with CSV data, SQL joins, and data reasoning.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript and using git.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits and webhooks.
• A marketing eye to spot strong offers and clean copy.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with defined segments and sequences.
• Arm field teams with target lists and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Create in-house creative with AI tools within the brand system.
• Automate recurring tasks, analytics, and QA pipelines.
• Own first‑party measurement and flag anomalies in data.
