Atomic Hr seeks a Marketing Technologist to design and run a hands-on growth stack for a regulated DTC consumer brand. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You’ll own search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referral campaigns, building a scalable outbound engine. The role demands strong data acumen, scripting ability, and experience in cold outreach, with hands-on ownership and direct

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience.
• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• End-to-end cold outbound: build the list, write sequences, monitor deliverability, iterate.
• Comfort with data: read CSV, write SQL, understand joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript and Git.
• APIs: authentication, keys, rate limits, webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine — define the segment, pull and enrich the list, verify and score contacts, write and track the sequence.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-up sequences.
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral programs.
• Produce creative in-house with AI tools against brand visuals and know when to generate vs. use real product shots.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, list hygiene, report pulls, campaign QA.
• Own first‑party measurement: order data, cohort retention, referral attribution, search visibility.
