Atomic HR represents a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX, hiring a growth marketer who will architect the campaign machinery rather than brief it. You’ll direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while leading field sales, partnerships, and retail efforts.

You’ll own first‑party measurement, weather constraints on regulated products, and build owned channels (search, lifecycle emails, referrals) to drive sustainable growth without paid ads.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code (or an equivalent coding agent) on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with data-driven focus.
• Cold outbound campaigns built end-to-end: list building, sequence writing, deliverability fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partner outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm the field team with lists, routes, and follow-up sequences for better iteration.
• Own channels open in this market: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referrals.
