Job summary

Evox is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across client education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot issues across paid platforms, and ensure data collection from client sites is accurate from click to CRM entry.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with Paid Media and Web Services to guarantee every campaign is measurable and reports are trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing/agency setting.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Proficient in planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• GA4 event configuration and DebugView experience.
• HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom scripts.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management implications for paid media KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environment in GTM.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
• Own QA, debugging and data integrity across client sites and CRM.
• Own data privacy compliance and consent mode configuration.
• Support documentation, tagging plans, and cross-team enablement.
