Job summary

Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end. You’ll manage budgets from $5k/mo to six-figure monthly spends, communicate results directly, and defend strategic calls in client-facing meetings.

You’ll audit first, optimize PMax, and own feeds, tracking, and landing pages. You can work from anywhere; US Eastern hours are required for calls, with complete autonomy the rest of the day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Experience auditing campaigns, structures, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of PMax, brand vs non-brand strategy, and attribution.
• Comfort with feed management and landing-page optimization.
• Ability to work with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and primary contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs incremental impact.
• Manage feed hygiene, product titles, promotions, and Shopping delivery.
• Take ownership of tracking setup and reconciliation across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Build or ship landing pages and reporting to remove bottlenecks.
