Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC brands. You will communicate directly with clients, defend your decisions, and drive accountable growth.

You will audit before touching campaigns, separate brand and non-brand strategies, optimize PMax, and own the feed and tracking. If you thrive on ownership and measurable results, apply to join our remote team.

Formación

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with direct communication.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate business units.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit usages.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and feed impact.
• Own the tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix across creative, offers, AOV, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Audit campaigns and provide a Loom walkthrough for client onboarding and updates.
• Manage end-to-end Google Ads accounts and directly interface with clients.
• Optimize PMax versus brand vs non-brand and report results.
• Own landing pages, checkout flow, and tracking improvements.
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations and defend your plan.
