Job summary

Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will act as the client contact, present plans, and defend decisions with a focus on growth and attribution.

You will audit accounts, optimize feed and tracking, and manage brand vs non-brand strategies. Remote role with US Eastern hours required; global teams welcome.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce and ROAS/CPA metrics.
• Ability to communicate findings to clients in English.
• Own end-to-end account ownership and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets span from 5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before work: structure, terms, bidding, negatives, feed health, tracking; present Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately to measure incremental impact.
• Understand PMax and attribution; separate branded vs non-branded effects.
• Maintain control over Google automation: audits of auto assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center) and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required landing pages, scripts, or reporting.
• Build capable landing pages with AI tools; ship solutions, not just prompts.
