Job summary

Ghost Sherpa, Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client accounts end to end. You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures monthly, and you will be the direct client contact, presenting results, plans, and reasoning.

You will audit campaigns, optimize across Search, Shopping, and PMax, and build landing pages and tracking with GA4/GTM. Remote role with US Eastern call hours required.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Able to present results, plans and reasoning to clients directly.
• Fluent in English with native or near-native communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding,landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately; defend attribution decisions and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Own feed and tracking: Merchant Center hygiene, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
