Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will talk directly to clients, defend your decisions, and own outcomes across ads, feed, landing pages, and tracking.

You will build and optimize strategies with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, while maintaining ownership and accountability. You can work from anywhere, but must be able to take client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Fluent in English for client communication.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand campaigns.
• Ability to own client relationships without an account manager.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end.
• Own the client relationship and present results.
• Audit accounts before touching them.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage expectations.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify integration).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix them.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
