Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own the full funnel and act as the client’s direct point of contact. You will audit, optimize, and defend every decision, from feed health to landing pages, with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets.

You will work with large monthly spends across DTC/eCommerce accounts, communicating results and strategy directly to clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Experience auditing accounts and improving structure, tracking, and feeds.
• Knowledge of attribution and incrementality in paid media.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end‑to‑end, including client communication.
• Audit campaigns and feeds before making changes; present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strategies.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Maintain feed hygiene, tracking, and landing page alignment.
• Build the assets and scripts needed to lift performance.
