Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for remote work. You will own Google accounts end to end, from Audit to optimization, including feed, tracking, and creative strategy. You will speak with clients directly and defend your calls with data.

The role emphasizes NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization, standalone brand vs. non-brand strategies, and proactive testing with AI tools. Remote-friendly with US Eastern hours for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns at meaningful spend.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental lift.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify tracking and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax behavior and separation of branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control; audit auto-suggestions and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center hygiene, conversions tracking, and landing pages.
