Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end, across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube. This role is fully remote and you will communicate results directly with clients.

You will audit accounts before making changes, defend your decisions, and speak with clients during US Eastern hours. You’ll build landing pages and testing frameworks, push for incremental growth, and maintain transparency on results.

Qualifications

• Audit and optimize Google Ads accounts across brands
• Own client relationships and communicate results clearly
• Build and deploy landing pages and testing frameworks
• Fluency with GA4, GTM, feed management, and PMax

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact
• Audit before touching anything: review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking
• Operate brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately
• Understand and defend attribution models and holdout tests
• Be available for US Eastern business hours for client calls and own the results
