Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end paid search for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands, managing budgets from $5k/mo to six figures monthly, and acting as the client’s main point of contact.

Responsibilities include audits, brand vs. non-brand strategy, PMax optimization, feed and tracking ownership, and building landing pages or scripts as needed. You’ll defend decisions and drive incremental growth.

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real budget and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before taking over: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feeds, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Understand what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental effects.
• Maintain control of Google automation and auditRecommendations.
• Own the product feed and Merchant Center hygiene.
• Own the tracking ecosystem: GA4, GTM, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and pages.
• Build needed assets like landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
