Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

You will audit campaigns, manage brand vs non-brand performance, and optimize PMax, with full ownership of the funnel, feed, and conversion tracking. Remote work allowed with US Eastern hours; you’ll be judged on output.

Qualifications

• Audit campaigns and accounts before touching them.
• Own the client relationship with direct contact and accountability.
• Understand and defend attribution models (NC-CPA, NC-ROAS).
• Proficient in Google Ads ecosystems: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Merchant Center.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Lead client calls, present results and plans, defend decisions.
• Audit account structure, keywords, negatives, bid strategies, and tracking.
• Manage brand vs non-brand strategies and separate reporting.
• Own feed hygiene, product pages, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconcile numbers.
• Build landing pages and tools as needed; leverage AI for delivery.
