PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, Host Growth to lead and scale paid acquisition for Host Growth. This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by owning both the strategy and execution of campaigns across multiple paid channels.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of paid media experience with direct-response KPIs.
• Strong B2B acquisition experience, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, X).
• Experience with landing page optimization and Meta CAPI.
• Proficient in Rockerbox, GA4, Tableau, Looker, and Supermetrics.
• Detail-oriented, ownership mentality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Drive B2B strategy and execution across paid search, social, display, retargeting, and other channels across the Host growth funnel.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to hit CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets.
• Manage and allocate budgets across channels, campaigns, and audiences to maximize return and drive growth.
• Design and refine lead generation strategies, leveraging Meta CAPI to improve signal quality and conversion tracking across the host funnel.
• Partner with design and marketing teams to test and iterate on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers, with a strong command of A/B testing methodology.
• Collaborate with external platforms, partners, and internal stakeholders to launch, scale, and refine campaigns.
• Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for conversion improvement.
• Design and lead A/B testing strategies across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix to drive continuous improvement.
• Build dashboards, monitor performance trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
