Sur Global is seeking a Demand Generation Marketer to own hands-on programs that generate qualified pipeline for a fast-growing B2B technology company serving leading e-commerce brands. You will translate high-level growth priorities into multi-channel campaigns and drive booked sales meetings.

As a builder on a lean team, you will execute across content, webinars, email, paid acquisition, landing pages, and analytics; measure results, and adjust quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/technology or mid-market e-commerce.
• Proven ownership in a lean team (1–4 people).
• Track record linking campaigns to qualified leads and pipeline.
• Strong written/spoken English, customer-facing copy ability.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute demand generation campaigns across content, webinars, email, and paid acquisition.
• Develop a content-led program across LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, long-form content, and podcasts.
• Manage webinar end-to-end: topics, landing pages, promotion, attendance, follow-up.
• Build email campaigns, nurture sequences, audience segmentation, in HubSpot.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Track funnel metrics and attribution in HubSpot; adjust spend.
