Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own client accounts end-to-end—from strategy and bidding to creative and landing-page decisions. You will communicate directly with clients, defend your calls, and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS with a focus on incremental growth.

You can work remotely from anywhere, but must align with US Eastern business hours for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Experience across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and Merchant Center.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental testing.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts prior to changes: structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Optimize PMax with awareness of branded vs. incremental volume.
• Maintain and defend a clear attribution stance to clients.
• Build and deploy landing pages or scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
• Communicate results and plans directly to clients; run client calls.
