Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce brands in a remote setup. You will act as the client’s direct contact, audit campaigns, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS metrics with hands-on optimization across PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.

You’ll own the feed, landing pages, and tracking, defend your attributions, and build scalable assets with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong analytics and attribution mindset (NC-CPA/NC-ROAS).
• Experience with Shopify and product feeds is a plus.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for building assets.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end as primary contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Manage Brand and Non-Brand strategies separately.
• Own feed, landing pages, tracking, and testing pipelines.
• Defend attribution decisions and drive incremental growth.
• Communicate results and plans to clients during US hours.
