Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end and serve as the client’s direct point of contact. You will manage campaigns, explain results, and drive growth in a remote setting.

You’ll work with on‑site and remote teams, optimizing PMax, Shopping, and brand vs. non-brand tactics, while owning the feed and tracking to prove impact for clients during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend.
• Fluent in English for client communication and presentations.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and measurement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• You own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate efforts and report results.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto features.
• Own the product feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own tracking setup (GA4, GTM, conversions) and reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, landing pages, tracking) and fix them.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove growth constraints.
