Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage campaigns across Google platforms, defend your attribution choices, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements with direct client communication.

Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours alignment for calls. You’ll audit accounts before touching them, own feeds and tracking, and build ad assets to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and incremental growth principles.
• Ability to own a client relationship and present results, plans, and reasoning directly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Audit overviews before touching any account and walk clients through findings via Loom.
• Treat brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses; manage tracking, feeds, and pages.
• Defend attribution decisions, monitor incremental impact, and optimize for growth.
• Be the client's direct point of contact, communicate updates, and own the results.
