Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for DTC accounts, from feed and tracking to creative and landing pages. You will engage directly with clients, present results, and defend decisions during calls.

The role is remote and global, with US Eastern hours for client calls, and a strong emphasis on output over hours. Ideal candidates have hands-on spend with DTC/eCommerce, experience across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and comfort

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce. Ability to prove impact with CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Experience managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube and PMax.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and present results, plans and reasoning.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit overhauls: structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation in check and guide client through fixes.
• Own the feed and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
• Present results and defend calls during client calls.
