Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end. You will talk directly with clients, defend your decisions, and drive growth through measurable ROAS and NC-CPA strategies.

You will manage brand and non-brand in separate streams, optimize feeds and tracking, and build landing pages and assets using AI tools. Flexibility to work US Eastern hours is required.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns.
• Ability to communicate in English with clients at a native/nearly native level.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with direct updates and plan defence.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google's automation under control; audit auto assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, landing pages, checkout, tracking) and build solutions.
• Build landing pages and scripts; leverage AI tools to ship assets.
