Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a portfolio of DTC accounts end-to-end, serving as the client’s direct point of contact and presenting results with clear reasoning.

You will audit campaigns, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and GA4/GTM, and build landing pages using Claude AI. This remote role allows global collaboration with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in English for client calls and presentations.
• Ability to own end-to-end campaigns and client relationships.
• Experience optimizing NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Comfort with working remotely and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Explain attribution and defend the chosen approach.
• Beware of Google's auto features and maintain control.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove bottlenecks.
