Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You will be the client contact, present results, and defend your decisions. The role requires strong attribution thinking and hands-on optimization.

You will audit campaigns, manage feeds, and ensure GA4/GTM/Shopify tracking is solid. Remote work is allowed worldwide with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing large DTC/eCommerce ad spend.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results clearly.
• Strong grasp of attribution and incremental measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and assets before making changes and walk clients through findings.
• Manage Feed, Merchant Center, and all related tracking and landing pages.
• Separate brand vs. non-brand strategies and report results independently.
• Ensure GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations are accurate and up to date.
