Job summary

Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own and optimize client accounts end-to-end. You will manage brand and performance campaigns, defend your decisions to clients, and own the funnel from feed to landing page.

You will leverage GA4, GTM, and Claude AI to drive incremental growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will communicate results and strategies directly with clients, work across the stack, and maintain a strict focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• Ability to communicate ideas in English clearly to clients.
• Skeptical of numbers; able to run holdouts.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overviews for new accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Assess PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed hygiene and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals.
