Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands. You will talk directly with clients, present plans, explain results, and defend your decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will manage feeds, campaigns, attribution, and landing pages, optimize PMax and brand vs non-brand performance, and build pages using Claude or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before touching any account: structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate with separate goals and reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded volume.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, landing pages.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses with separate reporting.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and set targets accordingly.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit regularly.
• Own the feed and the tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
