Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You will act as the client’s direct point of contact, present results, plans, and reasoning, and be responsible for the final outcome.

The role requires auditing before touching accounts, separating brand and non-brand strategies, managing Feed/Shopping/PMax, GA4 and GTM tracking, and building scalable growth frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Strong English communication for client-facing updates and calls.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands and performance growth.
• Able to work autonomously and defend your decisions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate strategies and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage attribution and optimization accordingly.
• Own feed management, including Merchant Center, and ensure page/landing-setup supports conversions.
• Build or adjust landing pages and scripts when needed to unlock growth.
