Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client accounts end-to-end, from audits to optimization, across Google Ads, YouTube, and shopping surfaces. You will engage directly with clients, defend your decisions, and drive incremental growth with a strong stance on attribution.

You’ll work remotely with global brands, coordinating across GA4, GTM, and Shopify ecosystems, and be measured on real business outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, and revenue

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results clearly.
• Familiarity with attribution models and incremental testing.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct paths with separate reporting.
• Tell a legit attribution stance and defend it to clients.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; build required assets.
