Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. This remote role requires owning the entire Google Ads stack for DTC/eCommerce clients, from strategy to reporting. You will audit accounts, manage campaigns, and defend your decisions in client calls.

You will drive growth with data-driven attribution, oversee feeds and landing pages, and work with global brands. This is a results-driven, autonomous role with global clients and flexible hours aligned to US Eastern

Competenze

• Experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with proven ROI.
• Strong ability to own client relationships and present plans.
• Fluent in English with clear, data-driven communication.

Mansioni

• Own Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Audit campaigns, feeds, landing pages, and tracking before touch.
• Directly communicate with clients, present results, and defend decisions.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business lines.
• Optimize PMax and GA4 tracking, and build scalable landing pages.
• Run attribution analyses and highlight incremental growth opportunities.
