Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a roster of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client contact, present plans, and defend decisions with a rigorous, data-driven approach.

You can work remotely from anywhere and must be available for US Eastern business hours. You will audit, optimize, and build assets to drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS growth and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.
• Experience with brand vs. non-brand strategies and PMax awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and document findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Optimize PMax with understanding of brand vs. performance mix.
• Keep Google automation in check and manage feed, tracking, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
