Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own the client relationship and manage Google Ads end-to-end for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will drive growth through rigorous attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization, and hands-on campaign leadership.

You will audit campaigns, control brand vs. non-brand strategies, and own the feed, tracking, and landing pages.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money in DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA and NC-ROAS
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and Brand campaigns
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct point of contact
• Audit campaigns and landing pages before touching any accounts
• Own both brand and non-brand strategies and report separately
• Analyze PMax performance and distinguish branded vs non-branded impact
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto-created assets
• Own feed hygiene and Shopping delivery via Merchant Center
• Own tracking setup in GA4/GTM and conversions imports
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout
• Build or adapt required landing pages or scripts to remove constraints
