Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the Google accounts end-to-end for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly communicate results, defend your decisions, and drive client growth.

Remote role with global availability; you’ll own budgets from $5k/month to six figures, optimize attribution, and build the required landing pages and tracking. You will be judged on outcomes, not hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution choices and explain impact to clients.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end-to-end and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units; measure incremental impact.
• Keep Google automation under control and own feed and tracking implementations.
