Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for ~50 DTC and eCommerce brands. Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.

You will talk directly to clients, present results, and defend your decisions. The role requires auditing accounts, optimizing across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and managing feeds and tracking remotely.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend across DTC/eCommerce.
• Direct client communication and ability to present results and plans.
• Strong analytics and attribution understanding to optimize CAC/ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately; defend optimization decisions to clients.
• Understand PMax implications and avoid over-optimizing on branded volume.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing page assets; build necessary pages or scripts.
• Be able to present results, run calls, and explain decisions clearly to clients.
