Sweat Pants Agency Llc in a remote setup is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the end-to-end Google Ads stack for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will communicate directly with clients, defend decisions, and drive growth with clear attribution targets.

You will audit, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, and even build landing pages and tracking as needed.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can explain.
• Fluent in the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work at native/near-native level.
• Willing to work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
• Bonus: built or operated a Shopify store or ran Meta at spend as a practical plus.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, health, tracking.
• Present results, plan, and reasoning in client calls; defend your decisions.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with distinct targets.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and tracking; fix them.
• Build or ship pages, scripts, and reporting as needed to remove constraints.
