SupportYourApp in Buenos Aires is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for a short-term engagement. You will handle chat, calls, and emails, diagnose issues, log tickets, and collaborate with teams to improve knowledge bases while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.

You must have at least 1 year in customer support, excellent English (C1), basic IT and telecom knowledge, and reliable home office setup (8GB RAM laptop, stable internet). The role offers fully remote work and USD pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer support role.
• Proficient English (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Basic IT knowledge and telecom concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via chat, calls and emails.
• Diagnose and solve issues with accounts, platform, software, and connectivity.
• Log and track tickets; keep customers informed of status and next steps.
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line with clear context.
• Contribute to support guides and knowledge base.
• Maintain patient, empathetic service and meet response targets.
• Prioritize tickets by urgency and impact.
