S&P Global in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Credit and Collections associate to manage end-to-end receivables. You will work within the Order to Cash process, applying established policies to protect revenue while delivering strong customer service.

You will use Salesforce, Akritiv and Oracle tools to pursue timely collections, handle sanctioned accounts, and coordinate with Sales, Order Management and Client Relations to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate customer records.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Full time job, able to work from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Strong attention to detail and goal oriented.

Mansioni

• Vigorous participation in the collection of all outstanding receivables, including calls and communications.
• Enforcing policies related to payment, cancellation and suspension/termination of services.
• Providing general customer service regarding refunds, payment forms, discrepancies, and tax forms.
• Monitoring and maintaining accounts within assigned territory with reconciliations and adjustments.
• Coordinating with Sales, Order Management, Client Contract Support and Client Relations to resolve payment issues.
• Reporting customer status through account reviews and notes to stakeholders.
• Assisting in maintaining customer contact information and other related tasks.
