S&P Global is seeking a Credit and Collections team member in Argentina. The role handles collections for accounts receivable, ensures policy compliance, and collaborates with Sales and Order Management to resolve payment issues.

Strong English and customer-service orientation are required. The position offers a fast-paced, globally connected environment with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sanctioned account policies.

Mansioni

• Vigorous participation in the collection of all outstanding receivables including making collections calls and other communications.
• Enforcing Policies and procedures related to payment, cancellation and suspension/termination of customer services.
• Providing general customer service regarding refunds, payment forms, discrepancies, and tax forms/procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining accounts within assigned territory including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Working with Sales, Order Management, Client Contract Support and Client Relations to solve issues that could prevent payment.
• Noting and reporting customer status through account reviews and meetings with stakeholders.
• Assisting in maintenance of customer contact information.
• Perform other related tasks and mutual support with the global Credit and Collections team.
