Job summary

MarketFully is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle client requests, document issues clearly, and coordinate with global teams. This 100% remote position requires strong English skills and comfort with supporting clients and their technical teams across time zones.

As part of MotionPoint support, you will triage, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly with clients, maintaining professional relationships while ensuring timely resolutions, including on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer or technical support role handling a high volume of tickets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Client-focused, consultative approach to support.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and reported issues through our ticketing system; triage by priority and route to the right team.
• Write clear, detailed reproduction steps in tickets to speed up investigation and fix.
• Respond to client emails and calls and join bridge calls with client and partner teams.
• Track progress to ensure timely resolution and proactively update clients when timelines change.
• Participate in paid on-call rotation after training is complete.
