AgileEngine is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. You will balance reliability, security, and velocity while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and modern monitoring stacks. Remote‑friendly and on‑call rotations are part of the job, with a focus on scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering handling production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling like Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; strong SQL; proficient in at least one cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog.
• Solid cloud security and PCI/compliance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; on-call rotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Own and operate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and related workloads.
• Develop observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning.
• Lead incident response and post‑mortems to reduce toil and MTTR.
• Collaborate with developers to improve dev experience and self‑service tooling.
• Contribute to internal platform standards and cross‑team knowledge sharing.
