AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security policies while collaborating with global teams across time zones.

The role requires extensive scripting, strong Kubernetes experience, and hands-on work with monitoring stacks.

Formación

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering on production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes experience and container tooling.
• Scripting in Python/Bash/Go and cloud platform experience.
• Observability stack experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, roadmap and vision for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines – GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with ArgoCD/Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog.
• Implement security and PCI-compliant controls.
• Lead incident response and blameless post‑mortems.
• Partner with developers for local dev experience and self-service.
• Shape internal platform standards and collaborate with India and US teams.
