AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will lead the team, design robust backend systems, and align architecture with domain-driven designs.

Key tech: Java/Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/JPA. Remote contractor role offering flexible hours and exposure to Fortune 500 projects.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong understanding of OOAD, design patterns and architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Execution: act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver with high standards.
• Core Development: design and implement robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: maintain the supporting Angular frontend.
• Modernizing Architecture: move toward domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• API Excellence: architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs.
• Team Mentorship & Agile Practices: mentor juniors and promote agile practices.
• Strategic Pushback: defend best practices and architectural integrity.
