Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a set of DTC accounts from planning to reporting, act as the primary client contact, and defend your decisions in calls. Responsibility spans feed health, tracking, and the full funnel across Shopping, YouTube, and search.

You must have hands-on spend, experience with PMax, GA4/GTM, and a data-driven approach to attribution. This is a remote, worldwide role requiring US Eastern hours for client calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money, including DTC and ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Strong knowledge of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts.
• Fluency in English for client communications and presentations.
• Experience using GA4/GTM, Shopify, and Merchant Center.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns, document findings, and walk clients through Loom.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Analyze PMax performance, avoid over-reliance on automated recommendations.
• Own feed and tracking infrastructure, including GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Communicate proposals and defend decisions during client calls.
