Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for DTC brands. You will directly manage client relationships, conduct comprehensive audits, and optimize across Brand/Non-Brand campaigns using PMax and YouTube. Remote position with US business-hour calls.

You must be experienced with GA4, GTM, Shopify tracking, and possess strong attribution discipline. Expect autonomy, fast feedback, and real impact on growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce accounts with proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent in English, able to present plans and defend decisions to clients.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed, pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Understand PMax dynamics and attribution; avoid mixing branded vs. incremental CAC.
• Maintain feed and tracking integrity across Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Build required landing pages and scripts, leverage AI tools to scale.
