Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who owns client relationships and end-to-end campaigns. You will manage brand and non-brand initiatives, optimize PMax, and ensure accurate tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.

You will be the primary client contact, write updates, defend decisions, and drive real growth. Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours for calls; output-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Audit every touched account prior to changes: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bids, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Own the client relationship: you are the direct point of contact and present results, plans and reasoning.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand performance and report separately to show clear growth signals.
• Know what PMax is actually doing, avoid optimizing against branded leakage.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Lead client calls, write updates, defend decisions and outcomes.
• Audit onboarding accounts and conduct Loom walkthroughs to explain findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear metrics.
• Manage feed, tracking, and landing pages to remove bottlenecks.
• Be willing to build landing pages and scripts when needed.
