Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own Google accounts end-to-end, speak directly with clients, and defend your optimization decisions. The role requires clear attribution thinking, independence, and readiness to work US Eastern hours as a remote, globally distributed team member.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize PMax, and own the feed, tracking, and landing pages. Prior agency experience with DTC/eCommerce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to explain CPA/ROAS and what changed to move metrics.
• Own client relationships and present results directly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, setup, reporting and client updates.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, bids, tracking, feed health, landing pages.
• Run Brand and Non-brand campaigns as separate entities and track their performance.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and resolve discrepancies.
• Build landing pages and scripts when needed to remove constraints.
