Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own DTC accounts end-to-end, from audit to execution. You will act as the client contact, present results, defend decisions, and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

You will work remotely with clients in US business hours, owning the entire funnel—from feed to landing pages, and measurement. Proven experience with ROI metrics and a bias for incremental growth is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Ability to defend attribution models and optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Strong client communication and direct ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
• Manage feed, tracking, and landing pages to influence performance.
• Build or ship landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Speak with clients during US Eastern business hours.
