Huzzle is seeking experienced Sales Recruiters to identify and place top commercial talent across international markets. You will focus on SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, and GTM roles, engaging passive candidates through proactive sourcing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle from sourcing to candidate submission.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates for Sales and GTM roles.
• Recruit across LATAM, SA, EMEA, UK and US markets.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using personal networks and tools.
• Screen and qualify candidates to assess fit and skills.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and keep candidates informed.
